1-Para poder participar en la plataforma, el usuario de ser mayor de edad. Debe tener al menos 18 anos de edad (obligatorio).
2-Los premios solo se entregan en los paises autorizados para operar la plataforma y los participantes deben asegurarse de seleccionar el pais correcto en donde residen o viven en el selector de pais de la plataforma. Esta condicion es obligatoria pues en el caso de ser ganador de algun premio, el premio no podra ser exportado a otro pais. Antes de participar, verifique el el pais donde lo hara es el pais donde reside.
3-Si su pais esta dentro de los autorizados en la plataforma, lo siguiente que debe hacer es registrarse en la plataforma para poder participar en los concursos que desee.
4-Una vez registrado, busque en la seccion de concursos, el. o los concursos de su interes. Siempre que su balance de creditos sea igual o mayor a la cantidad de participantes del concurso elegido podra participar.
5-Si su balance de creditos es inferior a la cantidad de participantes del concurso en donde desea participar, debera comprar la diferencia faltantes de creditos en el area COMPRA DE CREDITOS de la plataforma que lo redirigira a la pasarela de pago de Paypal. Tenga en cuenta que en nuestra plataforma de concursos un credito es igual a un dolar norteamericano.
6-Cuando concluya su compra en Paypal, el proceso de revision y aplicacion de sus creditos, puede tardar hasta 24 horas. Podra verificar la operacion en todo momento desde su perfil de usuario en la plataforma.
7-Ya que sus creditos sean aplicados en su balance, podra participar en el concurso de su eleccion con tan solo pulsar la tecla PARTICIPAR de ese concurso. El sistema le asignara una posicion en el listado de participantes de ese concurso en forma automatizada y aleatoria.
8-El numero de la posicion obtenida al azar en el listado de participantes, sera descontada de su balance de creditos y sera su costo de participacion en dicho concurso. Si luego de esta operacion, queda balance a favor en su cuenta de creditos, podra utilizarlo para participar en otros concursos de la plataforma.
9-Como una regla general, en todos nuestros concursos se obtiene un ganador al azar y de forma automatizada, solo hasta que el listado de participantes se ha llenado. Por eso, si al momento de usted participar, el listado de participantes no se ha completado, debera esperar a que esta condicion se cumpla. Cuando esto ocurra, el sistema enviara a todos los participantes del mismo, un mensaje 10 minutos antes de que inicie la seleccion del ganador.
10-El tiempo para que complete un listado de participantes es incierto. Algunos duran dias. Otros, semanas y otros, hasta uno o dos meses. Para el caso mas extremo, hemos establecido un parametro maximo de 6 meses para que un listado se llene. Si al cabo de este tiempo, esa condicion no se ha cumplido, el concurso se declara nulo y los creditos son regresados a cada participante activo hasta ese momento del concurso.
11-Los resultados de cada concurso en donde participe son registrados en su perfil , tanto si es ganador como si no.
12-Si resulta ganador de un concurso, nuestro equipo de soporte le contactara para validar su identidad e iniciar el proceso de entrega de su premio.
13- Todo ganador de nuestra plataforma, autoriza y cede los derechos de utilizacion de su imagen a la plataforma para la publicacion en diferentes medios digitales de la entrega de su premio y promocion. Este es un requisito obligatorio para todo usuario de nuestra plataforma.
